Who we are
Primary Care House Calls (PCHC) is a Medical House Call service that covers North West Florida and South East Alabama. We provide medical care for patients with various barriers to care which make it difficult for them to get to office visits. Primary care medicine is provided by Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in the comfort of your home.
What We do
Our team of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret lab tests, perform procedures, and provide patient/family education and counseling. We also prescribe and monitor medications, order therapies, and call on many other home centered teams to help us give the best care for our patients including Home Health, Physical Therapy, Lab services, X-ray, ultrasound and others.
Who we serve
We currently cover Baldwin and Mobile counties in Alabama, as well as the Enterprise, Dothan and Troy areas. In Florida we cover from Pensacola to Panama City. Insurance covers house calls for patients who have difficulty getting to and from office appointments. We are currently unable to accept Medicaid as a Primary insurance. We do not accept most HMO’s.
